Happy Spring! Wow, we got through the winter and made it to the next season. To say it’s been a long, cold winter is an understatement. Where I live, it wasn’t too snowy but it was definitely cold! This week, I want to talk about 5 ways to re-energize for spring!

Spring is all about growth, rebirth, and a shift in energy. There’s something about the change of seasons that makes people look for ways to gain better traction. When the seasons change, finding ways to harness the new energy of the season is a fun game. There are four seasons a year and each one has it’s own vibe. Honestly, that’s what makes them so unique.

5 Ways to Re-Energize For Spring

  • Firstly, get outside in nature. Although this sounds like a no brainer but it’s the easiest. As the temperature starts to tick up, the fresh air and abundant sunshine is a GREAT way to get the “dead” energy of the winter out of your system.
  • Create new goals. New seasons mean new goals. Nevertheless, my advice is don’t go nuts here, but working towards something new is fun. This could be personal, professional, a relationship, or anything else you can think of.
  • Start a new project. On the same idea as goals, a new project is a great way to get re-energized. A new project can give you renewed purpose and potentially something FUN to sink yourself into.
  • Additionally, do a diet check. Check out your diet from the winter and audit it. What I mean is see if you can find better and healthier choices that help give your body what it needs to re-energize itself.
  • Lastly, start a side hustle! Yes, find something you’re passionate about and start it as a side hustle. I love pets so I started a side hustle walking dogs and dropping in on small animals via Rover. Honestly, it won’t make you a TON of cash. It could pay for your daily coffee! Additionally, side hustles are a wonderful way to find your vibe if you feel a bit lost after the winter.

There you have it. 5 ways to re-energize for the spring! This is a very small list and only the beginning. Take the energy of the season and run with it (or walk).
